The 4 Buckets Review

The 4 Buckets are used to determine what promotion the customer is eligible for BASED on what their current phone is worth in the eyes of AT&T.

• Newer and in good condition phones are worth more so these Customers will TRADE in their device to AT&T and be rewarded with a large amount of money credited to their new phone.
• Older or broken phones are not worth a lot so AT&T offers great phones for a discounted cost without the requirement of having the customer trade in their phone.
