5 Steps to the Conversation Product Knowledge
Costco and Target have different pitches when it comes to the 5 Steps to the Conversation. For the Test you need to know the name of the step and put them in the correct order. For Pitch Practice this can be a helpful tool in visualizing the 5 steps and their natural flow with each retailers pitch.
STEP 1: The Intro

STEP 2: The Short Story
The short story has 2 major sections, the introductory to the Internet Issue and the Qualifying questions.

First Section: The Internet Issue
This is crucial to helping the customer realize they are having an issue and it is NOT solvable by the company (comcast) itself because they are physically flawed.

Second Section: The Qualifying Questions
This section is more of a dialogue with lots of questions that will help build a quote for the customer!

STEP 3: The Presentation
The Presentation has 2 types - the Internet preso and the Phone Preso.
